Return Policy

Easy Returns and Exchanges at Bloom SKinz

At, we care about our customers and want your shopping experience to be smooth and simple. That’s why we have a refund policy that is easy to understand.

If you get a product that is damaged, let us know within 24 hours of delivery by calling us at 0308-0488669 (from 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM). Take pictures of the damaged item and share them with us along with the invoice or order number. If it’s our mistake, you can choose to get your money back, receive a new product, get a different product with the same price, or get a voucher for future purchases. We will take care of the shipping charges for returning the damaged item, and it usually takes about 6-8 working days to complete the process.

To return a product, it should be unused, in its original packaging, and you need to include the purchase receipt as proof.

Please remember that we can’t accept requests for exchange or refund after 24 hours of delivery.

If you want to return a product for any other reason, you can do so within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us. In this case, you will only receive a voucher with the same value as the returned item, and it will be valid for two months. You will need to pay for the shipping charges to return the item.

We need a 30% down payment in advance for orders over 20,000. We will only ship your order after receiving confirmation by phone or SMS.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for major cities in Pakistan.
